How ordering works

Lunch Delivered keeps ordering simple, with flexibility when you need it.

Booking for a large group
The quickest option is to book either a Baguette Platter or a Signature Sandwich Platter. One page to select all your options and check out.

Build your own meal deal
Select individual sandwiches and then add snacks, treats and drinks for full control over your meal deal!

Mix and match
Combine Platters with meal deals or individual items to suit different preferences.

Add notes at checkout for any dietary requirements or special instructions — we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ve designed things to be easy to order — whether you want to keep things simple or specify every detail.
You can:

Choose platter options and let us create a balanced selection of sandwiches, including vegetarian and vegan choices — no need to ask everyone what they want.
Select exact sandwich choices if your team has clear preferences.
Use a combination of both, keeping things simple where you can and specific where it matters.

The same approach applies to cakes, snacks and drinks — quick and easy when you just need numbers, or fully tailored when individual preferences are important.

If you have any specific instructions, dietary notes or requests, simply add them to your order, and we’ll take care of them when we make your lunch.

Where do you deliver?

Within 5 miles of the centre of Bath

What time will my order arrive

At checkout, you tell us what time you need your order to arrive from, and we will aim to deliver it an hour before your break time. We deliver from 10.30 am – 2 pm

Can you deliver to multiple locations?

No. If you need multiple location then you need to place muliple orders.

What is the minimum order and notice period?

Our minimum order is £25 and orders must be placed before 4 pm on the day before it is required.

Is delivery included in the price?

No. We charge £15 for delivery, or you can pick it up from our central Bath location for free.

Can I add special instructions to my order

Yes. At the checkout, please add a note to the order. If we have any questions on your instructions, we will call you in the morning to double-check we are getting it right.

Do I have to choose individual sandwiches?

Not if you don’t want to. Simply select a platter, and we will select it for you. However, you can specify exactly what you want on the platter – we call it the best of both worlds.

How is payment taken?

Payment is made at checkout using a credit card. However, we can also invoice you instead if that is easier. Please contact us to set up an account if you want to use the invoicing option.

Are there discounts for larger orders?

Yes – the bigger your order the bigger the discount.
